Awakening...

The very word Awakening  should never be mistaken into something else ~ It is a Spiritual Term  use when a person or a soul received illumination during the moment of contemplation within. This is an internal process one has to undergo under a spiritual development of some sort.

Awakening also has one minor definition that serve to suggest the idea of being awake into something that was not known before. The consciousness of a person have awakened into the physical reality is called being awake. The term itself applies only to this particular world. At the same time, it could also be applied to the next level and to the next up to the very level of spirituality. Yes, it goes up! When knowledge, experience and understanding grow, and it continue to grow deeper as one engage in the development of oneself toward purification, sanctification and divinity.

Awakening can only be appreciated when one has gone up and was able to get the experience of what life truly is. A sense of completeness, contentment, joy, bliss, peace and love in fullness. This is where one could clearly say that He did got Awakened! For short, the experience is prior to being Enlightened which is still a bit lofty in its nature.

Awakening is a necessary process for us to enter into without the enforcement of will. Each one must come upon it on his/her own term. This is not a way to suggest that we should or we have to. But it's certainly an opportunity for everyone who are curious, interested and willing to know more about spiritual stuff and the purpose it serve.

Awakening is also an exertion of effort along the spiritual path or the selfless path that lead to the clarification of perception. Being able to learn how to distinguish between real and unreal. The many complexities of life, the underlying purpose of every activities in the world. The reason to be alive and the potentials we all possess in order for us to learn more.

Awakening as now commonly known - remain to be something that has to be contemplated upon. It comes only when one has immersed itself in the path of wisdom where one is destined to have the experience of Awakening! When one reach that point of total awareness of life, his/her life, the world around, the value of everything, the intrinsic beauty that pervade us and the sacredness of life. This is something we all have to be Awakened for!

When that happens, for sure - we are the very witness to our own Awakening. Until that moment comes - we can only but strive and continue to do so for we will be awakened in due time...
