When we try meditating...

If you haven't tried meditating...not just under a tree. It could be anywhere which you feel safe, secured and free from disturbances is best considered to be worthy of doing.

When you decided to try doing this and you knew what meditation is all about then this is something that you'll eventually discovered to be one essential part of your life. Because life as those wise people knew is more than just attending to our busy life. Life is also attending to our personal life that demands balancing, tuning-in, harmony with nature and to everyone, a body which is conditioned and toned.

It is only possible when we engaged in this kind of activity. There are millions of wonderful effect that meditation is offering us, particularly the way to understand our purpose, our mission in life, our goals, our actions, external activities, decision makings, and most importantly the discovery of our true self.

Meditation is not a work of art, it is not something that was recently been invented, not the commercial type of activities we see around us, it is not for the elite, or for the middle class, it is not exclusive for the celebrities or those health fanatics. It is basically what humanity need to do and to follow. If a law will enforce that meditation becomes part of our way of life, then we will have a better world by now.

Every human being need to do this. This is one of the many great solution to individual problems. Because when you do this, everything will change....our way of life will be transformed and new mode of thinking will comes in.

Try it! and you'll see the effect quickly. You don't need to join meditation school to do this, you can do it at home or in any place that is convenient for this activity. When you begin doing this, you'll be amazed for a very wonderful results...

How to do it? take a 5-10 mins. of your time daily. It could be in the evening before retiring, or early in the morning before doing your earthly business. Positioned properly, doesn't have to be like the one in the picture, take a sit comfortably enough for you. Then slowly close your eyes, then relax your whole body...after a while..start breathing in and out slowly....make it a deep breath...just watch your breathing....kept on doing it...this is all you have to do...nothing else..
then when that 5-10mins is done. You're done!!
